Initially engaged by the landlord investors to carry out a CAT A refurbishment on the 7th floor, Crown Interiors have completed the Cat A+ fit-out to create a warm and welcome workspace with occupier wellbeing at the heart of our design. The clever use of the existing furniture supplemented by new softer interior features has been extremely well received by the client, his commercial agents and viewing tenant occupiers. Our attention to detail involved dressing the space with touches that make all the difference when presenting a showroom finish.

Our work with The Blade and similar prestige office spaces throughout the South and Midlands include subdivision of floor plates, dilapidation works, CAT A, CAT A +, Plug and Play and tenant occupancy CAT B full design and build fit-outs.
