With Crown’s in house design capability we are able to work with property investment clients such as this, to look at how best to utilise floor plates given the changing landscape of company needs post Covid-19. At the end of leases, taking a view on refurbishment of office suites in multi tenanted buildings requires a flexible approach given the increased focus on the use of space from the perspective of both commercial and staffing needs. Our working relationship with the client in this particular building assists the building management team decide how to make improvements to all aspects of the building from lighting upgrades, suite refurbishments and reinstatement’s, building control matters such as fire lobbies and carving up floors into multiple tenancies – these aspects are all key in the current environment as buildings & workplaces get back to work after such a disruptive period for all.
