Crown were appointed directly by Snap-on Business Solutions following a competitive two stage design & build tender and presentation bid process.
Snap-on had adopted flexible hybrid working patterns and were able to re-locate at their lease break within the same building but with a smaller footprint. In addition to the open plan and meeting spaces, it was essential that a customer facing and ‘all hands’ meeting space was created whilst producing staff breakout and collaboration spaces.
The heritage of the Snap-on brand features in the colours and bespoke joinery items within a stunning communal area located front of house. The open-plan offices provide adjustable height desks which were re-purposed from storage and feature new tops which were manufactured by Crown in a strong sustainability drive throughout the project. Re-used doors and glass from the client’s existing offices further reinforced these credentials and maintained the cost efficiencies, which were key to the project success.
