In association with the Cat A+ refurbishment of approximately 13,000 sq ft across two office buildings, Crown were engaged by Federated Hermes to deliver enhanced reception and core areas alongside modernised washroom facilities. The works formed part of a wider strategy to elevate the quality, functionality and market appeal of both buildings.

Working closely with the project management team at CBRE, the project was procured through a two-stage design and build tender process. Crown initially submitted a fully costed design proposal, followed by a comprehensive technical submission that demonstrated quality, deliverability and alignment with the Cat A+ objectives for the scheme.
Following completion, both buildings have seen a significant increase in interest, with a notable uplift in viewings and subsequent tenant lettings. The upgraded reception, core and washroom facilities have played a key role in improving first impressions and supporting the successful repositioning of the assets within the market.
