In line with Reading’s location being number one in the UK for attracting start up Tech firms, Crown Interiors were approached by UBS and their Property Consultancy team to come up with a fully designed and furnished “plug & play” suite to enable a specific marketing campaign to target a ready-made tenant driven by the attraction of a fully purposed office space. Crown took full design & build responsibility of the project, through to furniture and joinery procurement and installation. This 5,000 sq ft project was completed in just 6 weeks.
Given much of the post Coronavirus discussion about the changing use of office space and the need for more flexibility to the property and legal lease arrangements, this “ready to occupy” concept has had huge media coverage – being on the edge of town with greater car parking and ease of access from the M4, a suite such as this works well with City or Town Centre corporate space that now can be much smaller as firms change their operations to allow more flexibility.
