In line with Reading’s location being number one in the UK for attracting start up Tech firms, Crown d&b were approached by UBS and their Property Consultancy team to come up with a fully designed and furnished “plug & play” suite to enable a specific marketing campaign to target a ready-made tenant driven by the attraction of a fully purposed office space. Crown d&b took full design & build responsibility of the project, through to furniture and joinery procurement and installation. This 5,000 sq ft project was completed in just 6 weeks.
