Botleigh Grange Office Campus
Located on the beautiful grounds of the Botleigh Grange Office campus, Crown were approached by the Landlord, Northwood Investors, to design and fit-out the reception areas in two prominent office buildings.
Our solution consisted of creating zones in which tenants can meet visitors and hold meetings, as well as drop-in work zones.
The previously uninviting ‘pass-through’ spaces have been transformed into hybrid work and collaboration areas with warm colour tones and natural features, along with improved acoustics.
Curated furniture and bespoke joinery have provided tenants with new focused work and meeting locations beyond their individual demised spaces, and visitors are welcomed with comfortable waiting and collaboration zones.
