A stunning, high specification “residential” feel, design and build project for this global financial services client. Set on the 5,300 sq.ft, 3rd floor of this landmark West End building, Crown Interiors detail designed and built this stunning interior CAT B space.
This forward-thinking office design completed in just 8 weeks, epitomises the agile and flexible working office, empowering staff to use the space not just for focused working activities but actively supports well-being initiatives via well-designed interactive spaces such as a treatment room, lounge space, relaxed and formal meeting rooms and a town hall area for “all-hands” meetings and presentations.

This is balanced with two personal call booths.
Other key features and finishes included the beautiful engineered timber herringbone flooring to the entire space, bespoke kitchen with ironmongery detail, reception and lounge joinery and a complex folding wall installation that enabled the “town hall” open area. Crown were instrumental in the procurement of specialist items such as furniture, audiovisual, lighting, artwork and signage.
